Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our Texas warehouse safely.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
